BioMYSELF- I am Kristen T. Bray, art-rep and manager of CJ Bloomer and Nydwyn Green Dragon Studio as well as co-author of our comic "The Price of Tea." This is my personal journal about our crazy path down the mytho-fantastic artistic path that started three years ago. We have come a long way from only selling mythic fine-art paintings. Now we do that, plus magazines from around the world, soon will have our first comic book in print, and be showing at the second largest convention in the USA DragonCon come 2008. THE ARTIST- C.J. Bloomer was born and raised in the Blue Ridge Mountains of South-Western Virginia where he encountered the fantastic in everyday life. Intent on becoming a professional artist and illustrator, Mr. Bloomer apprenticed under the infamous Charles Vess at Green Man Press while attending college in Berea, Kentucky. Gaining an education in traditional art through various methods, he graduated with a degree in Studio Art. He now resides in downtown Lexington, Kentucky with his lovely wife and the odd feline "Greenbean" creating fantastical art and illustration from his own working studio: Nydwyn Green Dragon Studio.
